The support offered is conservative and complementary to medical care. It does not constitute a medical act, a diagnosis or a prescription, and does not replace the consultation or follow-up of your doctor or surgeon. In case of emergency or clinical doubt, contact your doctor or the emergency services.

Results vary from person to person, depending on the type of surgery, the condition of the tissues and the individual response. No specific result is guaranteed.

Scheduling and contact

Initial contact is made via WhatsApp or email and is informative in nature. An appointment is only considered confirmed after express agreement on the date and conditions. The information you share is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Academy and training

The specific terms of sale for the Academy courses (price, payment, access and right of withdrawal) will be presented at the time of registration, before any payment.

Intellectual property

The Neiva Cimini® Method, the website content and the training materials are protected. Their reproduction or use without written authorisation is prohibited.

Liability

The service provider strives to keep the website information correct and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Its liability cannot be invoked for decisions taken solely on the basis of the website's content.
